Neighborhood

The condo itself is at the base of Granby ski area. In the summer the lifts are open to downhill biking or leisurely riding up to take in the views or there are amazing hikes back down. There is a large swimming pool, hottub and some games. The Safeway and liquor store are not far from the condo and the town of Granby has a few places to have a nice meal. In the summer there is a small rodeo which is incredibly fun. South of Granby is the town of Winter Park which has a lot of activities. North of Granby is Grand Lake with a lot hiking and water activities.
